The family-run award-winning Marsham Court Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a south-facing swimming pool, heated May to September, 95 stylish bedrooms individually decorated with modern bathrooms, many featuring a large walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, laptop safe, ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities in every room.

Guests can enjoy the on-site bar, which serves a selection of drinks, as well as afternoon tea and homemade dishes.

The property features award-winning gardens, with sun terraces overlooking the bay and offering sea views.

Overlooking Bournemouth's sandy beaches, Marsham Court Hotel is just metres from the seafront. Bournemouth centre and shopping streets can be reached in 5 minutes' walk. Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre is a 5-minute walk from the property, while Bournemouth International Centre is a 9-minute walk away.

During 2027 the hotel will be following an improvement project to make future visits even better. The work will be completed in stages in order to minimise disruption, but this may impact upon your stay.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Depart Local Area

Step aboard your luxury coach as you start your journey to Bournemouth. There will be stops on route for comfort. We arrive at the Marsham Court Hotel, where you will spend the next four nights with dinner, bed and breakfast. On arrival there will be tea/coffee. Time to settle in before dinner.

Day 2: Salisbury

Salisbury is a medieval cathedral city. The ornate 13th-century cathedral has a 123m spire, the tallest church spire in the UK, you can view an original copy of the Magna Carta from 1215 A.D in the 13th-century Chapter House (at own expense). You can also see the world's oldest working 14th-century mechanical clock. Explore the cobblestone streets, local boutiques, and the centuries-old Charter Market (open on Tuesdays and Saturdays). Grab a pint and lunch at the Haunch of Venison, a traditional pub housed in a 14th-century building. Later returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Day at Leisure

Today is a free day for you to do whatever you would like to do. You may like to walk on the beach, have a paddle, shop, visit the parks, etc.

Day 4: Portsmouth

Today we visit the Naval city of Portsmouth, known for its maritime heritage and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The dockyard is home to the interactive National Museum of the Royal Navy, the wooden warship HMS Victory, where Nelson died in the Battle of Trafalgar, and HMS Warrior 1860. The Tudor ship Mary Rose is also conserved in a dockyard museum. Entry is included with one visit of your choice to any exhibit. There is also Gunwharf Quays, A premium waterfront shopping and dining complex that features over 90 outlet stores, 30 restaurants, and the towering 170-metre-high Spinnaker Tower. After a busy day we return to the hotel.

Day 5: Depart for Home

After breakfast and your cases have been loaded onto the coach, we say goodbye to our hosts at the Marsham Court Hotel and start our journey home. We will stop on route for lunch. Continuing our journey, we arrive back in our local area late afternoon, early evening.
