Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Depart Local Area
After boarding our luxury coach and departing our local area, we start our journey to Surrey. There will be a stop at Oxford for a break and lunch. Continuing our journey, we will arrive at the Brooklands Hotel in Weybridge. Here we will spend the next four nights with dinner, bed & breakfast.
Day 2: Brooklands Museum
This morning we take a short drive to the Brooklands Museum. A large open-air museum with many period buildings and exhibits. Explore classic vehicles, racing cars, motorcycles and historic aircraft. Discover the world-famous Concorde and British motorsport history at the world's first purpose-built race track. Due to the historic nature of the site, there are areas which have bumpy and uneven surfaces. After a fun-packed day, we return to the hotel to rest before dinner.
Day 3: Windsor Castle
The royal residence of Windsor Castle, the oldest and biggest occupied castle in the world was established by William the Conqueror in the 11th century. You'll explore the opulent State Apartments, furnished with extraordinary items from the Royal Collection, Henry VIII's armour and the bullet that killed Lord Admiral Nelson in the Battle of Trafalgar. You will see St George's Chapel, an exquisite building that's seen many royal weddings, including both Princess Eugenie and Prince Harry. The beautiful grounds and curiosities like Queen Mary's Doll's House are also available for you to enjoy.
Day 4: Kew Gardens
Today we visit Kew Gardens which is London's largest UNESCO World Heritage site, offering unique landscapes, vistas and iconic architecture from every stage of the garden's history. Their collection of living plants is the largest and most diverse in the world, growing out in the landscape and within their glasshouses and nurseries. There is a noddy train that can take you to most parts of the gardens if walking is a problem. After a busy day, we return to the hotel.
Day 5: Return Home
After a satisfying breakfast and cases have been put on the coach we depart for home. The return journey will take a different route. With comfort stops en-route you should arrive at your local pick-up point by late afternoon.
