Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Depart Local Area
Step aboard your luxury coach as you start your journey to Bournemouth. There will be stops en-route for comfort. We arrive at the Marsham Court Hotel, where you will spend the next four nights with dinner bed and breakfast. On arrival there will be tea/coffee. Time to settle in before joining a candle lit dinner with quiz entertainment. This is Christmas Eve.
Day 2: Christmas Day - Day at Leisure
After breakfast you are free to explore Bournemouth and its wonderful Christmas Tree Wonderland. There will be a visit from Santa with a token Christmas gift for all. Christmas Day is a traditional dinner and mince pies, with a soloist for your evening entertainment.
Day 3: Boxing Day - Visit to Poole
After a leisurely breakfast we take a run out to Poole. Poole Harbour features the second largest natural harbour in the world (after Sydney) and is fast becoming the St Tropez of the South Coast as lucrative investment spreads along the harbour from the mega-money areas of Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs and Lilliput. Visit the many quaint little shops and cafes along the quay. Later we will return to the hotel. This evening's Boxing Day dinner is followed by bingo entertainment.
Day 4: New Years Eve - Half Day New Forest
After breakfast there will be a trip to The New Forest and Lyndhurst. Over the skyline is the church of St Michael and All Angels where the grave of former Lyndhurst resident Alice Liddell, Lewis Carroll's inspiration for Alice in Wonderland, can be found. Lyndhurst has a wide range of shops, cosy tea rooms, olde worlde pubs, cafes and fine restaurants to discover. This evening is New Year's Eve Gala Dinner followed by soloist music and Auld Lang Syne.
Day 5: Depart for Home
After breakfast and your cases have been loaded onto the coach, we say goodbye to our hosts at the Marsham Court Hotel and start our journey home. We will stop on route for lunch. Continuing our journey, we arrive back in our local area late afternoon, early evening.
