Salisbury is a medieval cathedral city in the English county of Wiltshire. A cathedral city of ageless beauty and captivating history, Salisbury has been welcoming travellers since 1227.

At the city's heart is Salisbury Cathedral, a beacon that has attracted visitors for centuries. Gathered around the cathedral is a modern medieval city, full of buildings crafted with the care of another age.

The city’s ornate 13th-century cathedral has a 123m spire, the tallest in Britain and the oldest working 14th-century clock in Europe, and an original copy of the Magna Carta (the Great Charter), a key document from 1215 A.D.
