Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Depart Local Area

After boarding your luxury coach, your holiday has now started. We start our journey by travelling North with a stop en-route for lunch. Continuing your journey through beautiful countryside, to the outskirts of Hull to the Hallmark Hotel, where you shall spend the next 4 nights with entertainment, dinner, bed and breakfast.

Day 2: Streetlife Museum & The Deep

After breakfast we will go into Hull City to the Street life Museum (included). Climb aboard at the Museum of Transport and enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells of the past. Step back in time with 200 years of transport history as you walk down a 1940s high street, board a tram or enjoy the pleasures of their carriage ride. We then leave the museum and go to the Deep Aquarium (included). Let us take you on a journey of the seas - travel through the story of the world's oceans from warm tropical lagoons to the icy cold Antarctic seas. With over 3,500 fish including spectacular sharks and rays, including the UK’s only pair of Green sawfish, hundreds of tropical reef fish in the newly refurbished lagoon, Loggerhead sea turtles and a colony of Gentoo penguins, there is something to keep all ages entertained. Returning back to the hotel with time to relax before dinner.

Day 3: Scarborough

Today we go to the seaside town of Scarborough, (a full day). It is the original seaside resort; stunning scenery, glorious beaches, loads to see and do - is it any wonder that people have been flocking to Scarborough for nearly 400 years now? The older part of the town lies around the harbour and is protected by a rocky headland. Scarborough has 2 bays with sandy beaches which are split by a headland bearing the 12th-century Scarborough Castle. The Victorian Central Tramway funicular train links the town centre with South Bay and its harbour. You also have The Rotunda Museum explores local coastal geology, and the Peasholm Park Japanese gardens are behind North Bay. Returning back to your hotel.

Day 4: Beverley

Today after breakfast you will go to the lovely town of Beverley, just north of Hull. The stunning market town of Beverley has beauty in abundance. With an awe-inspiring Minster, historical buildings, cobbled streets, and small town charm, Beverley has an up market shopping experience amongst cobbled streets and charming courtyards. In addition there is an interesting selection of smaller independent shops, and an antique arcade. Beverley Minster is one of the largest parish churches in the UK, and regarded as a gothic masterpiece. Recently used for some of the filming for ITVs Victoria. The Georgian Quarter has architecturally fascinating streets, divided by the 15th Century North Bar (town gate) and contains a great number of listed buildings. Time to explore this fascinating place.

Day 5: Depart for Home

After a hearty breakfast and cases have been loaded onto the coach. It is time to say farewell to your hosts at the Hallmark Hotel. Retracing your steps, with comfort stops en-route. You will arrive in your local area, late afternoon-early evening.

Your driver/guide will do their professional best to ensure that you enjoy this tour. It will be at their discretion to rearrange the itinerary to better the tour for your comfort.
